One career in engineering followed by another in software development led Everett to one absolute realization: clients are being forced to conform to pre-selected parameters for their software needs. In creating the Zizbee WebKit, Everett makes it possible for the organization to determine its needs and for the software to conform – as it should be. In addition, Zizbee software is available for use in the cloud so that all members of an organization have defined access to useable, real-time information.

Shannon Smith Hartwell – Marketing, Talent Sourcing, and Fun Patrol

As a successful executive search consultant and career coach, Shannon has a way with people. Identifying talent, talking to new clients to find out what they want and need, and forging strong relationships is her specialty. She has a B.A. in Mass Communications.
